PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 §1 GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. The Organizer is RISK S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw, address: ul. Szpitalna 6A/11, 00-031 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court for the capital city of Warsaw in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register under KRS number: 0000953550, NIP: 1132855615, REGON: 146129025, e-mail address: customercare@riskmadeinwarsaw.live, phone number: +48 22 490 20 51.
   
2. The promotion is organized under the name "STYLOWE ZAKUPY" and is hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion".
3. Participation in the Promotion is voluntary.

 §2 PROMOTION RULES

1. The Promotion will take place from 25.09.2026 at 00:00 until 30.09.2026 at 23:59 or until cancelled, and is aimed at individuals making purchases online at www.riskamdeinwarsaw.com or at the boutique located at Szpitalna 6A, 00-031 Warsaw.
2. Each Participant who makes a purchase of any product from the STYLOWE ZAKUPY category during the promotional period will receive a discount of 10%, 15%, 20%, or 25%, as indicated on the label.
3. On the www.riskmadeinwarsaw.live website, the discount will be applied after entering the discount code provided on the organizer's website in the designated area for entering discount codes or after entering it in the Customer's cart.
4. The discount does not apply to delivery costs.
5. The Participant cannot receive a cash or in-kind equivalent in exchange for the discount.
6. During the promotion, the list of included models and the discount amounts may change.
7. The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions offered by the Organizer.

 §3 FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The provisions of these Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit the Consumer's rights under the warranty resulting from the Act of April 23, 1964, the Civil Code (Journal of Laws 2016.380 consolidated text) or the Act of May 30, 2014, on Consumer Rights (Journal of Laws 2014.827).
2. All participants of the Campaign are subject to these Terms and Conditions. Participation in the Campaign is equivalent to accepting the rules of these Terms and Conditions.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to terminate the Campaign at any time during its duration without providing a reason.
4. The Organizer reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be effective from the date of their announcement.
5. These Terms and Conditions will be available on the Organizer's website www.riskmadeinwarsaw.live in the Terms and Conditions section.
